V ten moment mi kamar\u00e1d doporu\u010dil jedno m\u00edsto v Plzni, kde pr\u00fd d\u011blaj\u00ed opravdu kvalitn\u00ed mas\u00e1\u017ee a v\u011bd\u00ed, jak na takov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Tak jsem to zkusil. A od t\u00e9 chv\u00edle se ze m\u011b stal pravideln\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk. Co m\u011b na tom m\u00edst\u011b bav\u00ed nejv\u00edc, je p\u0159\u00edstup lid\u00ed. Nejde tam jen o to \u201eodb\u00fdt\u201c z\u00e1kazn\u00edka za hodinu a m\u00edt ho pry\u010d. Naopak \u2013 pe\u010dliv\u011b mi vysv\u011btlili, co mi mas\u00e1\u017e m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st, co m\u016f\u017eu \u010dekat, a hlavn\u011b jak se o z\u00e1da a t\u011blo starat i mezi n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvami. To bylo pro m\u011b hodn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee u\u017e nechci jen \u0159e\u0161it n\u00e1sledky, ale rad\u011bji jim p\u0159edch\u00e1zet. Vyzkou\u0161el jsem n\u011bkolik druh\u016f mas\u00e1\u017e\u00ed \u2013 od klasick\u00e9 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159es hlubok\u00e9 proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed sval\u016f a\u017e po speci\u00e1ln\u00ed terapeutick\u00e9 techniky na uvoln\u011bn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed v oblasti kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e. V\u0161echny byly opravdu p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a v\u017edycky jsem odch\u00e1zel s pocitem, \u017ee jsem si dop\u0159\u00e1l n\u011bco hodnotn\u00e9ho. Po mas\u00e1\u017ei se mi zlep\u0161ila pohyblivost, ulevilo se bolestem, a dokonce i sp\u00e1nek byl kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. A co se mi taky l\u00edb\u00ed, je to, \u017ee mas\u00e1\u017ee v Plzni https:\/\/www.plzen-masaz.cz\/ nejsou jen pro ty, kdo maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Jsou prost\u011b skv\u011bl\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jak si odpo\u010dinout po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m dni, uvolnit stres a nabrat energii. Nav\u00edc si m\u016f\u017eete vybrat, jestli chcete mas\u00e1\u017e jen pro sebe, nebo t\u0159eba jako d\u00e1rek pro n\u011bkoho bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho. Osobn\u011b jsem u\u017e p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t daroval poukaz na mas\u00e1\u017e a v\u017edycky jsem sly\u0161el samou chv\u00e1lu. Pokud jste n\u011bkdy v\u00e1hali, jestli mas\u00e1\u017ee zkusit, m\u016f\u017eu z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti \u0159\u00edct \u2013 ur\u010dit\u011b do toho jd\u011bte. V Plzni je n\u011bkolik m\u00edst, kde v\u00e1m opravdu porad\u00ed a postaraj\u00ed se o v\u00e1s na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni.
